Polymer Clay 101...Multi Medium Projects (cont.)

Another medium you can use with clay is paint.  Simple craft paint.  Sometimes I use craft paint when I want brown clay to look like weathered leather.  I use the dry brush technique on the edges to give it a worn, dried out, and lightened look in areas. 
You can also use paint if you make flowers, etc.
Try adding a little bit of paint to liquid clay to tint it.  Start with a very small amount and add more as you need it.  Other mediums like powders and inks can also be added to liquid clay.
