Another textured pen...or two.  I used a metallic paint-like application all over the pen and in the recessed design. Then during the sanding process, the metallic "paint" was removed from the raised portions of the pen, but left in the design grooves.  Again, a simple pen, but very unique.  You'll know when someone at work "borrows" your pen...that's for sure!
